Refund Policy
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. In order for a return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions:
- The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging arrived exactly as the product did.
- Normal handling of the product is evident. Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important are properly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The defect in the product was identified immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the buyer for return shipping costs.
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the refund will be officially recognized within that period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
If your order meets the above requirements, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Email: Send an email to: info@emmatallin.com with the subject "Refund Request".
- Information: Make sure the email contains: order number, reason for return, photo of the product in case of damage, customer's first and last name, and customer's address.
- Please wait: We will contact you with the correct return address. Do not return the product to the sender — please wait for the return address we will send you.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product return to our central warehouse in Asia.
NEVER send a return to the sender's address — always wait for the return address we provide you.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are not predominantly related to his commercial or professional activity.
Cancellation period:
- Cancellation period: 30 DAYS from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you has received the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery. Refunds are not possible after receiving the products without first returning them.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nikola Beograd) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed when we receive the products. The costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer.
Orders in transit: Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be a longer transit time over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them. You can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
In order to ensure the fastest possible refund, please send us a confirmation of shipment as soon as the product has been returned.
Consequences of withdrawal:
- What we refund: All payments received, excluding additional shipping costs. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days using the same payment method used.
- What we DO NOT refund: Return shipping costs, additional shipping costs (due to choosing a more expensive method), and damage caused by improper handling.
Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the product.
