Where is my order?
You can track your order via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. It takes 1-3 business days to process before tracking becomes active.
Can I change the address or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our distribution center for processing and changes are no longer possible.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, DinaCard). Cash on delivery is currently not available.
Orders and Delivery
How long does delivery to Estonia take?
The average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Since we ship products directly from suppliers to reduce costs, delivery takes a little longer.
Do I have to pay customs or taxes?
For international shipments to Estonia, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees or VAT according to local laws.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us immediately at info@emmatallin.com with product photos and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
How can I return the product?
You can return products within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Contact us for the return address.
Is the return free?
The buyer is responsible for the return postage. We recommend sending with a tracking number.
When will I get my money back?
The refund will be issued to your card within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package.
Product
How do I know which size is right for me?
There is a size chart on each product page. Our cuts are "Premium Fit", so if you are between sizes, we recommend taking the larger size.
Where are your items manufactured?
Our designs are produced in collaboration with partners in Europe and Asia who meet our standards of quality and ethical production.
